How does the PI Cognitive Assessment work?
Assessment takers are given 12 minutes to answer as many of the 50 questions as they can. The results are produced as a numerical score representing their ability to process complex information and their capacity to deal with a changing environment and responsibilities.
What does the PI Cognitive Assessment measure?
During the the PI Cognitive Assessment, 50 multiple-choice questions from three cognitive ability categories (verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning) measure the rate at which a person can learn—or process complex information.
