Carolyn received her MA from Western Theological Seminary and a BS in Ministries from Northwestern College. She is an Integrative Health Coach and certified through Duke Integrative Medicine, along with holding a Plant-Based Nutrition Certification from eCornell and T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. Carolyn leads programs that help leaders focus on personal and professional development, including, emotional intelligence, communications, spirituality, and nutrition and exercise. Page manages the Client Success process for both our Predictive Index and Employee Engagement programs. Page works with clients from initial implementation through the long-term success of our systems and tools. She assures client success and long-term retention. Page is a certified Predictive Index Trainer and certified Predictive Index Talent Optimization Consultant.
Vice President of Human Resources Consulting
Jeffery manages and leads the human resources consulting practice. Jeffery provides multi-site HR consulting services, including talent optimization through the Predictive Index and Qualtrics Employee Experience. His expertise includes a variety of HR leadership support, employee engagement analytics, and people process solutions. His focus areas include workforce engagement analytics; executive/leadership and management development; hiring and selection process optimization; global talent acquisition and much more.
